Focus on the head first; healthier behavior and body will follow.

The Three B’s initially start in that order, then over time, as your body changes (feeling and looking better), and you acquire positive health-promoting experiences (increased health self-efficacy/confidence), this linear relationship becomes more of a virtuous cycle in which all Three B’s impact each other. 


You don’t naturally know how be healthy, you need to learn  how to be healthy. MAD COOL F.I.T. helps you to do that.

What is MAD COOL F.I.T.?

MAD COOL F.I.T. (Fitness Integration Training) is a health behavior change wellness program offered via in-person, local seminars and online that helps you to achieve MAD COOL FITNESS, the highest level of self-actualization, empowerment, and happiness gained through fitness (mental, physical, and emotional good health). MAD COOL F.I.T. is designed to help YOU to stop the cycle of yo-yo dieting, get healthy long-term, and achieve MAD COOL FITNESS

MAD COOL FITNESS IS UNCONDITIONAL FITNESS, healthy behaviors you engage in no matter what curve balls life throws your way.

MAD COOL FITNESS is achieved through increased health knowledge (what to eat, what exercises to do) and developing Healthy Lifestyle Skills – stress management, time management, and organizational skills to be healthy NO MATTER WHAT.

MAD COOL F.I.T. is not just a program, but an approach, to your health that allows you to be healthy no matter what. MAD COOL F.I.T. is based on behavioral science, theory and research about how people are able to lose weight and keep it off, and my own personal journey as someone who struggled with weight and an eating disorder and has now been healthy for over twenty years. I am the first successful case study of MAD COOL F.I.T. I have packaged what it took me 20 years and a doctorate to learn into a holistic, comprehensive program that can help you to be healthy FOR GOOD

What is effective exercise? Exercise you actually do!

MAD COOL F.I.T. provides you with:

  • An approach so you can figure out what exercises you like to do
  • The basics of effective exercise so you have a better understanding how to achieve certain results
  • A methodical approach to setting fitness goals that correspond to your fitness level and history

All of these things help you to build consistency because you will be more successful at achieving your goals and you are doing fitness activities you like to do.

“I had the pleasure of being a part of Dre, Patti, and Karyn’s healthy revolution. Over the course of 9 months, this amazing group of women trained with me using the MAD COOL FITNESS integrated approach to wellness, and collectively lost almost 100 pounds! In addition to learning how to implement effective exercise and good nutrition, we also did a lot of “You Work”, where they had to really tap into themselves and do some self-reflection to understand who they were, what motivated and stressed them, what was and was not going to work for them in terms of integrating sustainable healthy behaviors.

Meet Patti who is coming out stronger than Diana Ross, baby! Patti is an actress with a passion for and background in musical theater. Because she wants to keep those creative juices flowing (flow, girl, flow!) she is a full-time student studying screenwriting.

Patti wants to be healthy to free herself from a lifetime of negative self-talk about her weight and become one of those fit people she’s always admired and knows is inside of her just waiting to bust out. Free yourself girl and let it flow!



Meet Karyn, who walks down the street like “you don’t know what I got in this purse!” Karyn is a writer, producer, and vies with these other fabulous women for the title of Baddest Chick (you all are pretty bad ☺).

Karyn wants to be healthy because she is tired of being tired. She is ready to make a change so while you won’t know what she’s got in that purse, you will go…”who’s that girl, lalalalalala, lalalalala”. Swing it! Don’t hurt ‘em Karyn!



Meet Dre, the Bad Mamma Jamma Hair Slamma. In addition to being known for her creative hairstyles, depending on her mood, Dre is a marketing exec by day and beauty style maven by night. Among her many projects she is style consultant to Beautylish.com

Dre is active in her church and community, volunteering and valuing faith, friends, and family as foundational elements of her life. Dre wants to overcome her personal and family health challenges so that she can continue to rock the title of one BAD CHICK well beyond her walker years.
