MAD COOL MAVENS

I am a thirty-something year old mom of two amazing sons, devoted wife of eleven years, and PR + digital marketing pro with a love for great shoes, damask and vintage. I love spending time with my family and friends and having a fun time–I may/may not be the life of the party (read: may!)! Six years ago I was at my fitness ideal. Life happened. I re-gained the weight I had lost after my second son was born. However, I refuse to live in yesterday-land and now I’m getting back to being healthier and I am committed to this lifestyle.
