I am a healthy, vegan, green and natural lover of life. I have spent most of my career as a marketing and publishing professional with an M.S. in Publishing from Pace University. I am also a former teacher. I am passionate about health and wellness, making pottery and traveling the world. My blog, Urban Naturale, was developed to help inform and shape our path to living healthy, fit, green and natural, by design — which, we know, is no easy task! In fact, for me, it has been a lifelong, journey filled with lots of trial and error, and ups and downs, and hits and misses. But like most of us, I’m continually learning and growing, tweaking and adjusting. Urban Naturale’s content includes all of the things I care about: healthy, raw and vegan recipes; health, wellness and fitness tips; DIY natural beauty recipes and natural remedies; green living ideas, organic food and gardening; positive inspiration, living creatively and more. In keeping with my passion for healthy, green and natural living, I completed a certificate program in Sustainable Design Entrepreneurship at FIT so stay tuned for a lot more coverage of environmental issues, ecofashion, sustainable textiles and fair trade on UrbanNaturale. All in all, I believe that a healthy, textured, meaningful life is a continual work in progress. Let’s enjoy the journey together.
