If you end up with a product that’s not quite right, returns to MCF are easy. Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please follow these simple steps:
- Please email MCF at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please specify what was wrong with order/item:
- Too small
- Too big
- Not what I expected
- Didn’t like it
- Item was damaged
What We Will Do
- We will then email you a return label to affix to the outside of the package
- Your clothes must be unworn and items unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packing contents.
- Please pack and ship your merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice. Postage is not prepaid by MAD COOL FITNESS, so please use the carrier of your choice.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to send us your return.
- Please affix the label to the outside of the package and ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your package with the returned item(s), our team and verify its contents. You’ll receive an email indicating we’ve received your return.
- Your product(s) will be inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.
- If the item(s) is unused, unworn, and undamaged, you will receive a refund to you credit card, debit card, or PayPal account within 30 days.
- If the item is used, unworn or damaged, you will not receive a refund.
