What we need now more than ever is resilience, empowerment, and the ability to take control of our health and our lives. The MAD COOL FITNESS #WarOnRona Wellness & Resilience Movement is focused on doing just that.

MAD COOL FITNESS wants enable people to live happier, healthier, more resilient, and empowered lives, and is partnering with like-minded organizations to do this.

Here are components of the #WarOnRona Wellness & Resilience Movement:

  • Brain + Behavior = Body wellness tips. Dr. Turner will post wellness videos on the Dr. Jennifer Turner, MAD COOL FITNESS, and partner organization facebook pages. These posts will include Healthy Lifestyle Skills – Stress Management, Time Management, Organizational Skills. Healthy Eating and Nutrition Tips. 
  • Support, Accountability, and Inspiration – Let’s commit to 15 mins of fitness every day; 10 mins of physical activity; 5 mins of mindfulness, every day, then increase your physical activity and mindfulness from there. Post your progress to the Dr. Jennifer Turner or MAD COOL FITNESS  Facebook pages or partner pages, and use the #WarOnRona hashtag in your exercise or mindfulness post. Whether you post on my Facebook page or not tag your wellness post with #WarOnRona and inspire others to get fit too! 
  • Live Health Coaching on Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Clubhouse. We all need help managing stress and Stepping Away From Chicken Wings. STEP AWAY FROM THAT CHICKEN WING! I’ll discuss with you how to do it.
