I struggled with my weight, yo-yo dieting, and an eating disorder for the first half my life, chasing my tail with fads and gimmicks. It wasn’t until I started to focus on my health behavior, developed healthy lifestyle and coping skills, that I was able to get healthy in a sustainable way.
I became strong mentally and physically, and resilient, and have lived healthy consistently for over 20 years.
